Complaints Procedure

Here at Click Marketing Ltd we are dedicated to resolving all complaints as quickly and as effectively as possible. Although we aim to have zero complaints we understand from time to time issue’s can arise that can leave clients to feel frustrated. Should you have any issues regarding the service we have provided or the campaign we are running please contact info@click-marketing.co.uk via email and we assure you that your complaint will be dealt with as a matter of priority.

Complaints Resolution

We have put various procedures and policies in place to ensure all our customers ensure a happy and trouble free experience with us. We aim to make sure that any issues you have are dealt with swiftly, efficiently and effectively.

You will always have access to our customer service team who will are hand to help you with any queries you may have. Customer satisfaction is paramount for us, therefore we will endeavour to resolved any issues any of customers may as best as possible.

In the unlikely event that you feel your issue has not been dealt with correctly or to your satisfaction please e-mail us at info@click-marketing.co.uk highlighting your issue and we will take another look at your issue. We believe any issue that may arise during your experience with is can be resolved with care and understanding. We will always endeavour to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.

Complaint Handling

All of our clients have access to a dedicated account manager who should always be your first point of contact, and will be more than happy to assist you with any aspect of your order. They will also be able to produce all the reports needed in order to monitor the performance of your online campaign. However if there is something else that you would like to raise please contact us and we will endeavour to respond within 24 hours.

We keep detailed logs and audio recordings of correspondence with our customers for complaint resolution purposes and also for staff training. We believe this gives us the best possible change of making sure each and everyone of our customers have a satisfactory experience.

Once you complaint has been received each complaint is managed through our complaint management policy ensuring that each customer is dealt with in sympathetic and understanding manner and also making sure we do our utmost to resolve the issue to the customers satisfaction.
